📋 Description

• ETR is seeking a remote Designer responsible for designing various marketing and branding materials.

• The role involves supporting diverse health-related projects across the United States.

🎯 Requirements

• Graphic design degree or similar degree preferred

• 3 years of graphic design experience

• Excellent design portfolio

• Advanced skills in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Basic skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook

• Basic skills creating designs for the web in collaboration with a developer

• Ability to track projects in project management tools such as MS Planner

• Ability to prepare files for print and review printer proofs

• Ability to keep up with changing trends in media design

• Ability to adapt material for digital and web distribution

• Ability to work with translated material specific to priority populations

• High level of accuracy, exceptional organization skills and keen attention to detail

• Ability to work on several projects in various stages of production and with competing deadlines

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Self-motivated and proactive in finding solutions to challenges

• Willingness to work additional hours during deadline periods

• Use of a personal vehicle or rental car for ETR business will require a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
