• Hold a degree in media design, graphic design, or a related field and have relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office programs.
• Experience in designing for digital channels, particularly in performance marketing or paid social platforms.
• Knowledge in app marketing, animation, or recruitment marketing is a bonus.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Willingness to meet with the team at our Cologne office at least once a week.
