• Take the lead in developing digital campaigns and assets throughout the customer journey
• Create impactful experiences on web, mobile, social, and marketing platforms
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to maintain brand consistency and establish scalable processes for digital design
• Transform creative and business strategies into engaging digital assets and user experiences
• Supervise the design and production of various digital materials such as websites, landing pages, display ads, and more
• Ensure all digital touchpoints adhere to brand guidelines and visual identity
• Develop and manage digital design systems in Figma while ensuring brand standards are met
• Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business goals into creative strategies
• Implement UX best practices to create user-friendly and conversion-focused designs
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and quality
• Explore innovative design opportunities including animation, motion graphics, and emerging technologies
• Blend hands-on design work with creating design systems to facilitate efficient creative output
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience
• Alternatively, master’s degree + 4 years’ experience; Ph.D. + 1 year of experience; or 10 years of relevant experience without a degree
• Proficient in Figma and utilizing scalable design systems
• Experience in B2B marketing is essential
• Strong portfolio showcasing work in various digital formats with examples of leadership
• Knowledge of UX best practices and ability to align designs with business objectives
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Preferred: Experience in tech industry or with SaaS/Cloud brands
• Preferred: Experience in managing or mentoring design talent
• Preferred: Skills in motion graphics or video editing
• Preferred: Familiarity with animation tools
