📋 Description

• Lead and expand the Learning Content Production and Learning Experience Design teams

• Create and execute vision and strategies for developing top-notch learning content and experiences

• Supervise and guide functional areas to achieve goals

• Collaborate with senior leadership to synchronize learning strategies with company objectives

• Cultivate a culture of continuous enhancement and creativity within the team

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or a related field

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership position

• Demonstrated experience in overseeing content production, instructional design, and learning advisory teams

• Proficient in adult learning principles, instructional design methods, and eLearning technologies

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
