• Responsible for evolving and enhancing Fluent’s brand identity, voice, and visual systems with a focus on B2B.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to align brand direction with company strategy and B2B market positioning.
• Innovate ways for the brand to engage with business audiences effectively.
• Create marketing assets including B2B campaign creative, website visuals, and demand-gen collateral.
• Produce sales enablement and thought-leadership materials for enterprise and business audiences.
• Generate creative concepts for campaigns targeting B2B audiences.
• Work with various teams to deliver cohesive narratives through marketing assets.
• Mentor junior designers, offering feedback and growth opportunities.
• Help establish workflows and standards to elevate the design team's quality.
• Foster a collaborative environment that balances creativity with efficiency.
• Act as the creative and brand partner for Marketing, Product, and other teams as necessary.
• Translate business objectives into brand and design solutions that resonate with B2B audiences.
• Provide brand education and guidance to stakeholders for effective application of guidelines.
• Clearly communicate design rationale and creative decisions to cross-functional partners.
• Develop scalable templates, design systems, and creative processes for speed and consistency.
• Manage design intake and execution using project management tools for visibility and accountability.
• 8 - 10 years of experience in B2B marketing and brand design, preferably in high-growth settings.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic brand systems and high-quality design execution in B2B campaigns.
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior designers with a collaborative leadership style.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, creating marketing-ready assets in Google Slides and Canva.
• Familiarity with HubSpot for campaign deployment and Asana (or similar) for creative workflow management.
• Ability to translate business strategy into brand narratives and creative assets for business audiences.
• Exceptional attention to detail, visual storytelling, and consistency in deliverables.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong communicator and collaborator across functions.
• Self-motivated with a balance of long-term vision and immediate execution needs.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with knowledge of data analysis and interpretation.
