• Team up with analytics and MarTech teams to set experience performance metrics measuring the success of each journey in fulfilling user intent, brand perception, and business targets.
• Lead by example by actively participating in journey design, testing, and research synthesis.
• Create standardized processes for experience intake, prioritization, and delivery that balance agility and creative excellence.
• Deliver insights, hypotheses, and design outcomes to marketing and executive leadership with clarity and impact.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Possess over 10 years of experience in digital experience design, UX strategy, or digital marketing, with a focus on user research and journey optimization.
• Demonstrate a track record of translating user research and data into effective digital experiences that drive measurable business results.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of UX research methodologies like usability testing, interviews, behavioral analytics, and surveys.
• Proficient in UX and analytics tools such as Figma, Lucid, Hotjar, and Adobe Analytics.
• Capable of influencing senior stakeholders with research-based recommendations.
• Preference for experience in intricate, multi-segment B2B or healthcare environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate through ambiguity to define and solve complex problems.
