• Knowledge of user-centered design principles with a focus on simplicity, functionality, and usability.
• Strong communication, moderation, and collaboration skills to convey design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative development process.
• Portfolio demonstrating design leadership, collaboration with product teams, and contributions to business objectives.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial for collaboration with Front-End developers.
