📋 Description

• Develop and steer Phreesia’s UX vision to align with business objectives, market opportunities, and AI-driven innovation

• Act as a key design influencer in executive discussions, shaping strategy and investment choices through compelling communication

• Lead, guide, and expand a top-performing UX team with integrity, empathy, and responsibility

• Cultivate a design culture that emphasizes experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration across teams

• Collaborate with product, engineering, internal stakeholders, and clients to create and validate design solutions enhancing usability, adoption, and satisfaction

• Translate user research and design insights into actionable recommendations that resonate with executives

• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, intuitive, and accessible user experiences across all products

• Introduce modern design techniques, including AI-driven insights, to expedite research, prototyping, and testing

• Advocate for design improvements driven by metrics related to utilization, engagement, and business outcomes


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is a must

• Minimum 10 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 6 years in leadership roles expanding design teams in dynamic, high-growth settings

• Demonstrated ability to influence executive decisions through clear, results-oriented communication

• Proven success in aligning design strategies with business goals, integrating emerging AI technologies

• Deep expertise in usability research methods (qualitative and quantitative) and implementing findings at scale

• Strong executive presence to communicate design value and strategy to C-level stakeholders

• Strong leadership skills to develop, coach, and retain top design talent

• Excellent executive communication skills to convey complex design insights in business terms

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities

• Proficiency in modern design tools, prototyping, and agile product development practices

• Thorough understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles

• Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S. and/or Canada for team meetings, client visits, and off-site events as needed
