• 10–15 years of UX/product design experience, with 4+ years in leadership roles within a product design setting.
• Proven track record in designing and leading complex enterprise SaaS or B2B applications.
• Demonstrated success in building and expanding multi-team design organizations and processes.
• Experience in driving cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, and Design at a directorial level.
• Profound understanding of interaction design, systems thinking, and design operations.
• Experience bridging design and front-end development, with knowledge of component-based frameworks and scaling design systems in code.
• Strong leadership abilities to inspire, mentor, and develop design talent across various levels.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, adept at influencing senior leaders.
• Proven capability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, coupled with strong business acumen.
• Proficiency in modern design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Jira, Miro).
• Portfolio or case studies showcasing team leadership, design strategy, and measurable business impact.
