• Completed or pursuing a degree in Education, Instructional Design, Nonprofit Management, Psychology, or related fields.
• Must be creative, dependable, enthusiastic, and have a proactive attitude.
• Detail-oriented with excellent editing and proofreading skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and possess strong computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong time management skills and commitment to collaborative decision-making.
• Flexible scheduling and potential for recommendation letters.
