• Oversee and lead a team of six game designers, providing mentorship, setting standards, conducting reviews, and ensuring quality and consistency in all projects
• Responsible for end-to-end design of UGC experiences tailored to Horizon Worlds, Roblox, and upcoming platforms, including pillars, systems, specs, and balancing
• Efficiently navigate between multiple titles at different stages, coordinating priorities, unblocking teams, and maintaining momentum
• Collaborate with other design leads to align on vision, scope, and delivery, while promoting best practices and documentation quality
• Rapidly prototype and iterate using platform tools to validate mechanics, loops, and onboarding processes, driving data-informed improvements
• Work cross-functionally with production, engineering, art, audio, and client stakeholders to scope, build, and ship projects on schedule
• Advocate for accessibility and comfort in VR/mobile environments, ensuring approachable and performant designs
• Partner with leadership and BD/clients to align on goals, constraints, milestones, and resource planning for the UGC portfolio
• Minimum 5 years of professional game design experience with shipped titles
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide a team of six designers and other design leads
• Experience in designing for UGC/social platforms like Horizon Worlds, Roblox, or similar multiplayer/social experiences
• Strong background in systems design, data-informed iteration, and prototyping within editor tools
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities, thriving in remote, cross-disciplinary collaborations
• High ownership and autonomy, capable of context switching across multiple projects without compromising quality or speed
• Familiarity with Roblox, Horizon Worlds, and willingness to explore additional UGC ecosystems
• Proficiency in game engines and platform-specific visual scripting tools; knowledge of Roblox/Lua is advantageous
• Experience in live-ops/GaaS, including telemetry, KPIs, A/B tests, and seasonal events
• Background in designing for mobile and VR, with an understanding of performance constraints and accessibility best practices
• Experience in setting team standards, mentoring senior team members, and conducting effective design reviews
