• TapMango is a leading provider of high-quality customer engagement platforms used by thousands of merchants in Canada, the US, and Europe. Our goal is to help businesses retain, upsell, and acquire customers by offering a suite of tools for loyalty programs, consumer-facing technology, and smart automation. We are seeking a Graphic Designer on a contract basis to create impactful visuals for our marketing, web, mobile, and print projects. Collaborate with various teams to produce designs that enhance our brand, products, and engage our audience.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, specializing in web and mobile product design.
• Expertise in Figma, including advanced prototyping, component libraries, and collaborative workflows.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, with bonus points for After Effects or motion graphics skills.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail in both UI/UX and visual design.
• Experience working with brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across different mediums.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with print vendors and knowledge of production requirements.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
