• Create top-notch designs for various platforms such as static and video ads, web pages, Amazon ads, and digital assets
• Assist with occasional packaging or print projects as necessary
• Collaborate with the Senior Designer to brainstorm fresh concepts and enhance existing design systems
• Enhance the visual brand identity of Resident's portfolio with a focus on aesthetics and consistency
• Manage the entire design process independently from idea generation to final execution for assigned projects
• Embrace cutting-edge tools like AI-driven design solutions
• Work closely with teams across different functions like Growth, Retail, and Operations
• Interpret project briefs, come up with innovative ideas, and fulfill design requirements for various teams
• Explain design principles and offer guidance to non-designers
• 2–5 years of professional design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating versatility, originality, and strong creative skills
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is a must
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design is preferred
• Strong visual design capabilities with expertise in typography and composition
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders to bring ideas to life through impactful designs
• Team player with a proactive problem-solving approach
• Must be currently located in and eligible to work in the United States
