📋 Description

• Spearhead the creation of engaging and evidence-based training programs using your expertise in simulation-based healthcare education.

• Supervise a team of instructional designers and collaborate with both internal and external partners to elevate staff performance and quality through innovative learning solutions.

• Coordinate various training and educational initiatives for Contact Center employees.

• Design and execute instructional strategies aligned with educational objectives and regulatory requirements.

• Promote the adoption of simulation-based learning throughout training programs.

• Guide and support a team of instructional designers in their professional development.

• Utilize instructional design frameworks tailored to healthcare professionals to create training materials and aids.

• Ensure content adheres to guidelines, standards, and protocols.

• Harness technologies like VR/AR, manikin-based simulations, and virtual Contact Center environments to develop high-fidelity simulations and interactive learning experiences.

• Supervise multiple vendor projects to ensure their alignment with Contact Center training objectives and timely delivery.

• Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships effectively.

• Establish metrics for evaluating learning outcomes, performance, and return on investment.

• Analyze feedback and performance data to enhance learning experiences and provide reports and recommendations to management.

• Stay informed about trends in healthcare education, simulation technology, and instructional design.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role

• Proficiency in simulation-based education tools like SimTrain or Zenerate

• Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment

• Background in Contact Center operations

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

• 5+ years of training experience within the relevant department, preferably in a managed care/insurance setting

• Familiarity with computer-based training tools, vendors, and technology-driven training platforms

• Knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning styles, and evaluative methodologies for measuring training impact and ROI

• Prior experience leading cross-functional teams or managing projects, including staff hiring, training, and performance management
