• Supervises the planning and execution of design projects to ensure they meet project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborates with diverse teams and utilizes design tools such as CAD and Revit to generate top-notch deliverables.
• Guides, coaches, and nurtures a technical team through strategic task assignments, performance monitoring, goal setting, reviews, and fostering a dynamic, growth-focused atmosphere.
• Establishes and upholds design protocols and procedures to guarantee excellence, uniformity, and adherence throughout project outcomes, while emphasizing safety and procedural adherence.
• Manages project finances and labor projections to optimize resource utilization.
• Scrutinizes expenditures and time tracking for precision and compliance with company financial regulations.
• Cultivates strong client connections, delivers regular project updates to leadership, and proactively communicates risks or scope adjustments to maintain project progress and keep stakeholders informed.
• Supports organizational culture, values, and operational requirements by assuming extra responsibilities and initiatives as necessary.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Alternative Minimum Requirement: A minimum of 15 years of experience in design encompassing mechanical, electrical, building automation systems, programming, or building operation management.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
