• Lead the way in product performance and technical excellence, ensuring that data design aligns with customer and technical needs
• Manage the design life cycle for both current and upcoming projects in North America
• Oversee design documentation review and approval, working with design-bid-build and design-build contractor teams
• Act as the main point of contact for department leaders, fostering collaboration among various teams
• Assist in regional change management and document program feedback and lessons learned
• Conduct engineering analyses to optimize capital and operational expenses while maintaining standards
• Provide technical guidance to ensure projects meet engineering standards, codes, and specifications
• Support projects from planning to execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Coordinate design efforts with architects, engineers, and contractors throughout project lifecycle
• Resolve project issues and liaise between internal departments, consultants, and external stakeholders
• Develop, review, and maintain design packages and technical documentation
• Ensure design compliance with codes, standards, and organizational requirements
• Collaborate closely with various teams to track project risks and maintain client relationships
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support change management processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in project or design management within construction or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of technical design coordination, construction execution, and project delivery models
• Experience leading internal and external teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Familiarity with local building codes, permitting, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in project and design software tools like Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar
• Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
• Experience with design-build or design-bid-build project delivery models (preferred)
• Background in real estate (preferred)
