📋 Description

• Lead and guide a team of four designers, offering direction, feedback, and assistance to ensure top-notch results.

• Innovate the brand’s visual identity with a creative and modern approach.

• Review and authorize design projects to guarantee they meet company standards and client needs.

• Act as the main contact for clients, grasping their requirements, presenting concepts, and managing feedback effectively.

• Drive the creation and implementation of brand strategies that align with client objectives and market trends.

• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery and smooth communication with the team and clients.

• Collaborate closely with various departments like marketing, presales, and HR to ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Stay updated on industry trends and tools, introducing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team and clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years in a design role, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Extensive experience in presentation design and crafting engaging visual stories.

• Deep knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.

• Impressive portfolio showcasing various branding and presentation projects and your contributions to their success.

• English proficiency at least at a B2 level.
