• Lead and mentor artists, providing feedback to maintain stylistic consistency throughout the project.
• Translate game mechanics into visually clear and emotionally engaging experiences.
• Develop and optimize art pipelines using AI tools to boost production efficiency and creativity.
• Stay updated on industry trends in AI, UX, and interactive design to enhance the studio's creative process.
• Partner with marketing and community teams to ensure brand and in-game aesthetics are consistent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in game art, specializing in UI/UX and concept design for mobile games.
• Strong grasp of composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy for player experience. Ability to work with modular UI elements for efficient design.
• Track record of designing visually striking and seamless interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with AI-based creative tools and familiarity with integrating them into production pipelines.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Blender, or Unity/Unreal UI systems.
• Knowledge of mobile game UX best practices, balancing clarity, accessibility, and emotional appeal.
• Experience leading agile art teams and collaborating on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Proactive mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced, creative environment with excellent communication skills.
