📋 Description

• Take charge of the user experience journey from start to finish, crafting and advocating the design vision for a leading entertainment application worldwide

• Lead, guide, and empower a team of product designers spanning iOS, Android, and web platforms

• Cultivate a culture focused on expertise, teamwork, and continuous development

• Advocate for product design across the organization, educating stakeholders and implementing design-centered practices

• Drive tangible business results through design choices that balance user satisfaction and company expansion

• Integrate AI-driven design tools to streamline creative processes and enhance quality, prioritizing excellence and speed

• Design user-centric interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for the JustPlay app

• Create features that enhance the overall player experience, with a focus on game discovery and loyalty gamification

• Establish and refine design guidelines and systems for JustPlay

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions within technical boundaries

• Apply industry best practices (iOS, Android) to ensure top-notch design quality and seamless interactions across various devices

• Translate research insights and data analytics into actionable design ideas

• Identify opportunities where AI and automation can optimize design processes in collaboration with cross-functional leaders

• Develop and uphold efficient design workflows that can grow with your team

• Proactively seek ways to improve product usability

• Stay informed about current mobile gaming trends and advertising landscapes

• Foster a high-performing, growth-oriented design team through mentorship and feedback

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a mobile product design team, preferably in entertainment or gaming sectors

• Background in scaling or refining existing design teams and processes

• Impressive portfolio demonstrating impactful mobile design projects

• Expertise in gamification and user engagement strategies

• Proficiency in Figma at an expert level

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to excellence

• Bonus: Experience in loyalty or rewards platforms

• Familiarity with mobile gaming and understanding of industry trends and advertising environment
