• Exhibit clear communication skills, openness to feedback, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Work well with cross-functional teams including PM, Engineering, Marketing, Merch, Data Science, and Algorithm teams.
• Understand the importance of responsible design when working with incentives or behavior-based experiences.
