• Demonstrated ability to construct and expand cross-functional pipelines for multiple projects
• Strong programming skills in C# and Python, with experience in developing automation and pipeline tools
• Expertise in mobile performance optimization and rendering pipelines, particularly URP
• Hands-on involvement with innovative workflows such as procedural generation, AI-supported art, and real-time rendering
• Track record of successfully mentoring and guiding senior team members, aligning their work with broader business and creative objectives
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, with the capacity to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional alignment
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and making strategic decisions with limited precedents
