• We are seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer to enhance the user interface of Hole.io.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive UI vision in close partnership with the Art Director, ensuring a unified and refined visual style.
• Utilize proficient 2D art abilities along with practical Unity experience to create UI elements in Figma and integrate them into the game engine.
• Establish and manage scalable design systems, such as the UI Style Bible and reusable component libraries.
• Create top-notch 2D assets for menus, HUDs, buttons, icons, and various UI components.
• Guarantee that all UI designs improve gameplay clarity, accessibility, and player satisfaction.
• Conduct usability and A/B testing, and analyze player input to drive ongoing enhancements.
• Coordinate with Game Designers and Developers to align UI with gameplay objectives and ensure technical feasibility, particularly for mobile performance.
• Iterate rapidly based on team input and real-time user data to continually enhance the user experience.
• Demonstrated experience as a Senior or Lead UI/UX Designer on released mobile games.
• Proficiency in Figma with a background in creating and managing component libraries.
• Strong Unity skills, capable of implementing and troubleshooting UI setups directly within the engine.
• Exceptional 2D design and rendering skills, with a sharp focus on visual hierarchy, composition, and readability.
• Proficiency in player-centric design, with proven expertise in conducting usability testing, AB testing, and interpreting player feedback for design decisions.
• Ability to establish and adhere to a consistent UI visual language.
• Experience collaborating with diverse remote teams.
