• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in learning and development or similar field.
• Experience in Agile development, translating complex concepts into engaging learning experiences, and designing various learning formats.
• Strong skills in visual appeal, communication, project management, and creating audio/video content.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools, eLearning software, project management software, and LMS operations.
• Knowledge of generative AI functionality and prompt engineering is a plus.
• Master’s degree in relevant field and experience in Automotive industry are preferred.
