Manager, Product Design

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee a team of skilled designers and leaders to consistently deliver successful projects with a diverse range of design expertise.

• Manage team performance, resource allocation, and project priorities.

• Translate conceptual ideas into valuable products through expertise in UX design, 3D real-time experience design, and workflow design.

• Establish an effective design process within the team and contribute to the organization's product strategy.

• Communicate product goals within and outside the team, facilitating quick resolutions for project-related issues.

• Seek and provide feedback to elevate the quality of design work continuously.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, especially in AI, 3D tools, and configurator products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on design experience.

• At least 2 years of experience as a people manager leading design teams.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating process, critical thinking, and simplification of complex concepts.

• Proficiency in intuitive design, particularly configurator design.

• Ability to balance detail with a holistic product vision.

• Experience in innovative design systems and a commitment to excellence.

• Strong communication skills with team members and cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable making decisions in fast-paced environments with ambiguity.

• Background or interest in architecture, construction tech, or home design is a plus.

• Familiarity with 3D tools like Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Unity, Three.js is a plus.

• Experience in both B2B and consumer design is a plus.
