• Lead and supervise daily operations of your team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment to align with business goals.
• Implement a customer-first approach for the User Centered Design (UCD) process, incorporating design thinking into balanced teams.
• Demonstrate creative leadership by guiding the team and key stakeholders in product vision and business priorities for the Balance Team (BT).
• Develop and execute design strategies based on key insights and data to enhance user experience and drive innovative solutions for the BTs.
• Educate and advocate for research methods, helping BTs choose optimal learning plans for each project.
• Create intuitive and impactful holistic Merchandizing experiences to improve user workflow.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure project alignment with overall business objectives.
• Utilize and develop a holistic design system to tackle complex challenges and ensure efficiency across system components.
• 6-10 years of experience as a designer in software product creation and experience ownership.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in enterprise systems design and management.
• Proficiency in User-Centered Design, collaboration with agile teams, and contribution to successful products using Lean Startup and Agile methodologies.
• Deep expertise in Experience Design, User Research, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or Service Design.
• Previous experience in merchandizing and familiarity with industry standards in Merchandise hierarchy and process.
