• Seeking a Narrative Design Lead to merge storytelling with gameplay systems, crafting features, systems, and mechanics that enhance the narrative.
• Collaborate with design, art, audio, and production teams to ensure a seamless blend of story and gameplay, delivering immersive player experiences.
• Responsible for integrating narrative content into Unreal Engine, utilizing Blueprints, sequencer tools, and dialogue systems.
• Compose in-game dialogue, lore, mission briefings, and other narrative assets.

• Requires 5+ years of experience as a Game Designer, Narrative Designer, or similar role on at least one shipped AAA/AA title.
• Must demonstrate the ability to design gameplay systems and mechanics that align with narrative objectives.
• Strong Unreal Engine skills, including implementing gameplay and narrative content using Blueprints, sequencer, and cinematic tools.
• Exceptional writing skills encompassing dialogue, exposition, and world-building.
• Proficient in player agency, branching structures, and narrative pacing.
• Experience collaborating across various disciplines, particularly level design, art, and audio.
• Passion for creating gameplay experiences where story and mechanics harmoniously intertwine.
