Performance Creative Manager

📋 Description

• Responsible for evolving and maintaining PartnerStack’s visual identity and design system to ensure consistency across all teams

• Lead the design execution for various campaigns, ads, web, social, and events to drive awareness, conversion, and pipeline growth

• Enhance creative workflows and processes for asset intake, prioritization, and delivery

• Work closely with Content Marketing to translate narratives into compelling visual storytelling

• Collaborate with Demand Gen and Product Marketing to enhance campaign performance through creative execution

• Experiment with AI-powered creative workflows to enhance speed, quality, and innovation

• Support and mentor a small team of designers and contractors, fostering a culture of craft, curiosity, and accountability

• Track and share creative performance learnings to guide future iterations


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of design/creative leadership experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech

• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling skills across brand, campaign, and digital design with measurable results

• High standards for production value to ensure polished, consistent, and impactful creative output

• Proven ability to collaborate with marketing stakeholders to deliver creative that supports pipeline growth

• Comfort and curiosity with AI-driven creative tools and workflows, with a willingness to experiment and operationalize

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Webflow, with hands-on contribution capability

• Strong balance of vision and execution, capable of conceptual thinking and hands-on work

• Experience in managing or guiding creative contractors or small teams is a bonus

• Knowledge of partnership/affiliate ecosystems is considered a nice-to-have
