• As a Principal Product Designer (PPD), you will drive the design of groundbreaking concepts in the early stages that will shape the future of the Marketing Hub roadmap. Your role will involve prototyping concepts, collaborating closely with PM and Engineering teams to create proof-of-concept experiences, and influencing long-term product strategy.
• This position requires expertise in AI design principles, interaction design, and a dedication to delivering exceptional user experiences. You will contribute to establishing a new product approach that empowers marketers in innovative ways.

• Previous experience in designing 0-1 products or new systems within dynamic organizations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in designing AI-driven interactions and workflows.
• Strong expertise in interaction design, coupled with excellent visual design abilities and a track record of simplifying complexity.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer, or custom-coded environments.
• Knowledge of marketing tools, workflows, and user personas, particularly in the B2B sector.
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and validation research methods.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a mindset focused on experimentation and continuous improvement.
