• Collaborate with various teams to create a seamless user experience across Upstart's suite of products, aligning engagement initiatives with company objectives.
• Make informed decisions balancing long-term goals with immediate needs, shaping a roadmap that drives measurable impact and sustainable growth.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in designing and launching high-quality digital products, with a proven track record of enhancing user engagement and retention.
• At least 2 years of experience in designing for growth, engagement, or post-acquisition experiences in consumer products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional product thinking, behavioral insights, and end-to-end execution across multiple platforms.
• Proficient in experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven design iteration.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior product and engineering stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Figma and research tools, with expertise in UX and visual systems design.
• Ability to translate complex user needs and business goals into clear, scalable design solutions.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding design talent to enhance craft and cross-functional impact.
