• Influence roadmaps and planning processes through frameworks and best practices.
• Foster a design-centric culture focused on experimentation, data insights, and user-centric approaches.
• Establish accessibility, performance, usability, and content quality standards.
• Develop and maintain design governance resources such as pattern libraries, UX guidelines, and operational playbooks.
• Collaborate with operations and vendor management to ensure external agencies deliver high-quality, UX-aligned work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related technical field.
• Over 10 years of UX/UI design experience focusing on web-based digital products.
• Proficiency in user research, information architecture, design systems, and responsive UI development.
• Demonstrated expertise in data-driven and hypothesis-driven design methodologies.
• Experience working in cross-functional settings with engineering, analytics, and product teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly when engaging with leadership.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interface designs.
