• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Portfolio showcasing team achievements, highlighting not only your design work but also how you have developed individuals and enhanced outcomes.
• Experience in influencing product direction and linking design choices to business results.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate design thinking into actionable plans across teams.
