• Lead Product Strategy: Take charge of project strategy by defining design challenges, making informed decisions, and ensuring solutions meet business and user requirements.
• Conduct User Research: Master various research methods, analyze findings to generate actionable insights, and use industry trends to shape design choices.
• Visioning: Aid in translating product visions into actionable ideas by engaging in discussions and developing prototypes for new opportunities.
• Visual Design Expertise: Experiment with visual styles, explore design system elements, and refine designs based on feedback to produce polished, top-quality designs.
• Foster Collaboration: Engage closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on design solutions, test ideas, and improve usability and impact through iteration.
• Possess 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
• Showcase a strong portfolio highlighting expertise in product strategy, user research, and visual design.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Experience in conducting user research and applying insights to design solutions.
• Knowledge of design systems and ability to create scalable, consistent UI components.
• Excellent communication skills and adept at presenting design rationale effectively.
• Familiarity with working in an agile, cross-functional team environment.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven design decision-making.
• Experience with accessibility best practices.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers.
