• As a product designer at Atticus, you will be responsible for enhancing user experience for both clients and legal professionals.
• You will be deeply involved in the entire product development lifecycle, from research to collaborating with engineers on design implementation.
• Your role will be pivotal in shaping systems and processes that facilitate scalable growth and uphold a top-tier design ethos.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in product design within a corporate setting
• Showcase a portfolio of top-notch work demonstrating your ability to craft sophisticated and visually captivating solutions to intricate problems that directly address user requirements
• Exhibit a diverse set of design skills ranging from macro-level concepts to micro-level interactions
• Employ a structured and purposeful approach to your work, utilizing frameworks, research, and principles to justify your design choices
• Demonstrate the ability to work closely and harmoniously with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment
• Display a strong dedication to understanding both business objectives and customer needs
• Possess outstanding communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Strong background in visual design: encompassing illustration, branding, typography, motion graphics, and animation
• Prior experience in early-stage startups: encompassing intricate consumer operations, dual-sided marketplaces, and/or B2B products
