• Seeking a talented mid-level Product Designer with a strategic mindset and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences to join our team at Coursedog. You will play a key role in shaping the future of academic operations by developing tools for higher education that enhance curriculum management, scheduling, and student success. • Collaborate with product leadership to establish a design practice focused on user needs and evidence-based decision-making. Together, we aim to make the user experience a strategic advantage by fostering a culture where designers lead and enhance the product experience through thoughtful craft and collaboration.
• Possess 3–4+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, preferably in B2B SaaS or similar complex application environments
• Demonstrate expertise in interaction design, usability heuristics, UX principles, and accessibility standards
• Strong skills in systems thinking and information architecture to simplify complexity through cohesive design aligned with user mental models
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale, ask insightful questions, and give and receive feedback effectively
• Familiarity with contextual design and service design to support the entire user journey and ecosystem
• Experience in user research and utilizing user insights to guide design decisions
• Proficient in Figma libraries and experience in scaling and maintaining design systems
• Proven success in cross-functional collaboration with various stakeholders
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, bringing clarity and persistence to challenging problem areas
