• Create detailed workflow solutions for web and mobile, incorporating the latest design best practices.
• Manage projects throughout the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches. Tasks include crafting personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and development-ready specs.
• Conduct UX research initiatives utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods, suggesting specific methods as needed. Analyze feature work based on research findings.
• Generate various concepts and prototypes, knowing when to focus on pixel-perfect detail and when to use low-fi sketches. Iterate on designs continuously, releasing minimum viable products, testing hypotheses, and gathering feedback for design improvements.
• Understand the needs of NeuroFlow users, showing empathy and aligning solutions with business requirements.
• Provide feedback on design solutions throughout the process to your team, collaborating with counterparts to identify process enhancement opportunities.
• Present design proposals to cross-functional teams, staying up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and design patterns.
• Contribute to NeuroFlow culture by developing solutions, seeking efficiencies, and sharing insights with the design team and broader community.
• Minimum of 3 years of product design experience in healthcare SaaS environments (preferably EHR/EMR), showcasing elegant solutions to complex problems.
• Proficiency with essential tools such as Figma, design systems, and Jira, experienced in both consumer-facing and internal applications.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with a background in startups or agencies considered a plus.
