• Conduct research to identify gaps, strategize studies, and execute user research effectively to inform design decisions that prioritize usability.
• Develop comprehensive experiences for a new SaaS platform from start to finish, including defining user needs, structuring information architecture, and establishing clear terminology.
• Translate concepts into tangible design assets like journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver top-notch solutions.
• Uphold high design standards, utilizing your skills to ensure product consistency and efficacy.
• Work with the CETO to align UX strategy with roadmap milestones and product development objectives.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Designer in early and mid-stage SaaS environments.
• Extensive experience (4+ years) with design tools and creating high-quality prototypes.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical solutions into user-friendly digital products.
• Competitive Compensation: Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 CAD per year
