• Lead the test fit design for Tier 2 & 3 locations globally (less than 15K SF) and oversee annual portfolio audits against the CW Workplace Standards & Guidelines.

• Develop and manage design deliverables while ensuring data integrity of CAD floor plans, occupant data, and reporting using the CW MyWorkspace Space Management tool.

• Understand and align with CW CRE and stakeholders’ goals, design outcomes, and space needs following CW Workplace Standards & Guidelines.

• Evaluate interior environments to determine their impact on project scope.

• Apply creative thinking to interpret project data and create test fit design concepts in compliance with CW Workplace Standards & Guidelines and local codes.

• Manage client design standards and recommend improvements to workplace design.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure furniture standards are met.

• Oversee project close-out process and maintain accuracy of spatial data.

• Establish and implement a data governance model for global space standards.

• Enforce user controls and system continuity in client space data management.

• Coach operations teams in space data management and planning.


⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or field of study from a CIDA accredited institution or possess a Bachelor’s degree in a different major along with Interior Design Certification, Degree, or Diploma.

• Have three to five years of experience in a corporate real estate setting.

• Demonstrate proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings, concepts, and design.

• Manage projects of varying scope and complexity.

• Contribute to budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite applications.

• Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.

• Take ownership of requests for successful completion.

• Attention to detail and quality with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
