• Responsible for overseeing the creation and setup of new RP SKUs, ensuring accurate data input and alignment with product lifecycle strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Supply Chain, and Customer Solutions teams to manage the identification and phase-out process of outdated components.
• Maintain precise and current RP information on digital platforms and printed catalogs.
• Develop and maintain competitive pricing for all RPs in conjunction with Finance and Sales departments.
• Ensure optimal stocking levels and distribution strategies to facilitate timely fulfillment across all sales channels.
• Provide expertise and support for B2B and D2C sales initiatives, including promotions, launches, and customer inquiries.
• Work closely with Contact Center, Knowledge Management, Training, and QA teams to ensure accurate documentation, training materials, and customer support processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in product management, inventory control, or a similar role.
• Proficient in ERP, PIM, and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data effectively and make informed decisions.
• Experience managing complex product catalogs and coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Understanding of customer needs in B2B and D2C environments.
• Proven track record of supporting technical products or repair parts.
