• Supervise a team of 10 designers, ensuring top-notch work quality and professional growth.
• Review and approve creative outputs for digital and print platforms, maintaining brand and client standards.
• Conduct interviews and aid in expanding the design team.
• Manage quality control procedures and uphold creative standards for all design projects.
• Report directly to the Creative Leader in NYC, providing updates on team performance and project timelines.
• Oversee design projects supporting shopper marketing initiatives for a major global company in the US CPG and FMCG industry.
• Guide the production of assets such as campaign landing pages, E-commerce banners, print materials, social media ads, and promotional mockups.
• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 minimum) in both written and verbal communication.
• Minimum of 8 years of design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or directorial position.
• Demonstrated ability in managing and mentoring design teams of 8–10 members or more.
• Strong background in CPG and retail marketing is preferred.
• Expertise in digital and print design, with a strong portfolio in marketing and advertising for CPG brands.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Excellent attention to detail, visual consistency, and brand alignment.
• Capable of collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and strategy teams.
• This role is for an independent contractor.
• 3-month trial period with potential extension for 12 months.
