📋 Description

• LMArena is currently seeking a seasoned Brand Designer at a Senior+ level

• The role entails driving creative processes, establishing brand guidelines, and enhancing our visual identity as we expand

• Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints and elevating design standards with each campaign, product launch, and public interaction

• Collaborating closely with product, marketing, and leadership to shape brand strategy and create engaging visuals

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of brand design experience in-house, agency, or freelance

• Proficiency in Illustration & Visual Identity

• Strong skills in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite

• Ability to simplify complex ideas into easily understandable visuals

• Strong perspective and unique style, keeping up with trends while maintaining individuality

• Proficient in storytelling and carrying a brand's narrative consistently

• Experience in design system collaboration with product and engineering teams

• Previous involvement with technology startups

• Bonus (not mandatory): Experience in early-stage brand building, Video & Motion Design, Data Visualization, Web Design
