• Drive continuous improvement through feedback, data analysis, and iterative processes.
• Minimum of 12 years experience in Product/UX Design, with at least 5 years leading successful teams.
• Demonstrated track record of building and expanding design organizations in SaaS or enterprise settings.
• Experience overseeing large-scale design projects that have measurable business impact.
• Strong skills in systems thinking, storytelling, and communication to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep understanding of design operations, UX metrics, and experience-driven growth strategies.
• Proficiency in modern design tools, AI-driven experiences, and responsive design platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
