• Manage and lead the growth design team by setting clear goals, defining success metrics, and providing regular feedback to designers.

• Create designs that optimize the user journey, reducing friction and increasing conversion rates throughout the funnel.

• Collaborate with designers, Growth PMs, and data teams to conduct growth experiments, analyze results, and implement insights.

• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to identify user pain points and validate design choices that prioritize user-centered metrics.

• Implement AI-driven design practices to enhance design exploration and uncover new customer opportunities.

• Establish design best practices for experimentation and ensure alignment with Zapier's product-led growth strategy to shape a culture of growth.
