• Possess 6-8+ years of experience in product design, focusing on UX, systems design, UI, and information architecture within a SaaS company (experience in B2B SaaS is a plus).
• Have 5+ years of experience in managing teams and projects that have made a measurable impact on the organization's success.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop design teams to achieve their full potential.
• Ability to balance long-term strategies with short-term objectives, motivating the team to take action and produce results.
• Clearly articulate the value of design, guiding the design process from inception to completion.
• Proficient in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, and marketing.
• Passion for continuous learning and leading scalable, high-impact design teams.
• Take initiative and align your team with processes that deliver solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding top talent to build a capable design team.
