• We are in search of a Senior Product Designer who will have a dual focus: advancing our Aurora design system and elevating the standards of craftsmanship and quality within our product design team.

• Your responsibility will involve building upon a strong foundation by shaping the future of the system, promoting its adoption, and ensuring scalability as our product expands.

• You will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable, high-quality design work while acting as a catalyst for growth throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated strong organizational skills, leading projects with precision and efficiency.

• Proficiency in asynchronous communication, effectively conveying ideas and collaborating across distributed teams and various time zones.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product design, showcasing the ability to develop and enhance design systems at a large scale.

• Expertise in the latest technologies for component architecture in Figma: props, variables and modes, branching, slot components, among others.

• Strong sense of visual design, keen attention to detail, and a portfolio reflecting craftsmanship and quality.

• Experience collaborating with engineers and contributing to component development.

• Ability to strike a balance between standardization and flexibility in systemization.

• A mindset focused on mentoring, creating patterns, and enhancing documentation to elevate the entire team.

• Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution, driving impactful change while maintaining a pragmatic approach.

• In-depth knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design best practices.

• Familiarity with traditional design system tools such as Figma Code Connect, Storybook, and Design System Managers (e.g., Supernova, Zeroheight).
