📋 Description

• Collaborate across solution areas to create a cohesive platform experience

• Define long-term strategies and short-term tactics with product managers and engineers

• Communicate complex information through design tools like journey maps, storyboards, and wireframes

• Design initiatives for desktop, web, and native applications from start to finish

• Contribute to a design system for a unified user experience

• Lead design sessions, workshops, and strategy discussions

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative design research

• Educate stakeholders on design processes for continuous improvement

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Service Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields

• 5-7+ years of product design experience in product-led organizations

• Portfolio demonstrating relevant experience

• Passion for healthcare industry

• Familiarity with Agile development methodology

• Proficient in design tools like Figma and Google Suite

• Previous experience in healthcare, health and wellness, or health-tech products

• Knowledge of ADA Standards for Accessible Design and WCAG

• Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, Javascript, and CSS

• Experience in building and maintaining design systems
