• Take the lead in revamping the design of Lumiform to tap into a vast market with an irresistible product.
• Responsible for designing both desktop and mobile applications for Lumiform.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the UX/UI of our desktop and mobile applications.
• Translate design challenges into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, or high-fidelity designs.
• Develop optimal information architecture for our product.
• Draw inspiration from customer interviews, competitor research, or our product analytics software (Mixpanel).
• Collaborate with our product manager and developers to refine and implement your designs effectively.
• Emphasis on enhancing user experience (UX) over the user interface (UI).
• Work closely with the product manager to provide design handovers to developers and address design-related queries.
• Review implemented designs by developers and offer constructive feedback for improvement.
• Integral part of a team collaborating with the product manager and developers.
• Engage in regular discussions with our product-focused founder for continuous support and growth.
• Occasionally contribute to designing elements for the website, marketing, or sales purposes.
• Capable of sourcing and managing part-time freelancers for assistance in related areas (e.g., motion design).
• Opportunity to take full ownership of Lumiform's designs and bring your creative ideas to life.
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
• Not residing in Germany.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI or Product designer.
• Proficient in designing software and mobile applications.
• Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and hands-on approach.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to consider every aspect of a feature.
• Creative individual with an aesthetic eye and a focus on the target audience.
• Excellent communicator, able to convey ideas, design work, and rationale clearly.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and capability to work autonomously.
