📋 Description

• Leading disciplinary and professional: You will lead the design team, consisting of 4 UI/UX designers, and foster a collaborative team environment.

• Advancement of design processes & methods: Cultivating an innovative climate within the design team and staying up-to-date on new opportunities for enhancing design process efficiency.

• Mentoring: Sharing your knowledge willingly and serving as a mentor to your team.

• Multidisciplinary teamwork: Working closely with our clients, UI/UX designers, developers, and project managers.

• Strategic foresight: Utilizing your ability to see the bigger picture and contribute to the strategic planning of design initiatives aligning with company goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of professional experience in the digital project business.

• Successful completion of a degree in design or a related field, or equivalent qualification.

• Proficient in UI & UX design, leading projects from conception to implementation.

• Proficient in Figma and staying updated on updates regularly.

• Basic experience in frontend development and the ability to create simple code snippets independently.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

• Strong self-organization skills and a proactive approach.

• High problem-solving competence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• German native speaker or fluent in German with proven proficiency.

• Fluent in English due to regular interaction with international partners and clients.

• Ideally, proven experience in leading design teams.

• Ideally, prior agency experience.
