• The primary focus of this role is on our Agent users, particularly within the Agent Platform.

• Responsibilities include grasping customer needs, formulating ideas and direction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences for our agents and photographers.

• Our goal is to establish Zillow as the most adored platform for discovering, purchasing, selling, or renting a home, with our agent and photographer partners playing a significant role in achieving this goal.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a product designer, user experience designer, or a related position

• Proficiency in design, organization, planning, communication, and collaboration

• Track record of developing partnerships and effectively collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams while balancing business, technical, and user requirements

• Demonstrated ability to uncover customer insights through user research and exploration activities

• Experience in crafting design strategies that tackle customer and business challenges

• Skill in articulating the strategy and advantages to end users when presenting design choices

• Clear and concise communication regarding the design process, project contributions, and their outcomes

• Experience in creating products and services using human-centered design principles

• Proven track record of delivering impactful products for customers and businesses

• Ability to make sound decisions and oversee design project work effectively

• Showcase of top-notch interaction and visual design work in a design portfolio

• Demonstration of critical thinking, creativity, and a willingness to take risks in design projects

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools
