• Leading the experience direction for a product area within Gusto Pro as a Senior Staff Product Designer on the Gusto Pro team.
• Engaging in the entire product development process from research to envisioning and iterating on experiences for launch.

• Empowering accountants with a platform to ensure the success and growth of their firms.
• Possessing 8+ years of software product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, with a preference for experience in Accounting-related domains like Finance, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Demonstrating a builder mindset with experience as an individual contributor design leader at the product or group level, showcasing how you set direction and built alignment through design work.
• Displaying comfort with complexity by leading the design of user-friendly products in intricate domains.
• Having strong product acumen to directly contribute to business and product strategy, working with executive stakeholders, and influencing business decisions.
• Upholding a high quality standard as a tireless advocate for customers' experience with Gusto, showcasing how you maintain design quality while delivering customer value iteratively.
• Having experience with or an interest in designing for AI.
