📋 Description

• Uphold Lifeway’s mission and values with a dedicated focus on Kingdom work

• Collaborate with team members to envision, sketch, and brainstorm cover ideas based on creative briefs

• Develop cover comps and deliver presentations to creative and editorial teams

• Refine comps and create print-ready files, incorporating CMYK ink, foil, and embossing

• Prepare Amazon look-inside files, resize covers for audiobook formats, and archive digital assets

• Willingness to travel overnight for Orientation and Final Presentation weeks

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably pursuing a BA or BFA in Graphic Design

• Consideration given to degrees in related fields such as Visual Communications or Advertising

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

• Strong design communication skills demonstrated in portfolio

• Blend of creativity, precision, and attention to detail

• Active involvement in an evangelical Christian church
